What is this test?
This assessment is inspired by the Vanderbilt ADHD Rating Scale and is used to screen attention and hyperactivity-related concerns in children.
What does it measure?

Typically parents or teachers.
Response scale:
0 = Never
1 = Occasionally
2 = Often
3 = Very Often
