Client	:	Maam i am very interested in Arts and music, I play guitar very well and wanted to Pursue it
Client	:	But my father was like you shuld do Jee
Therapist	:	Mam if you don't want to give exam what else u want to do u can share with your parents
Client	:	Mam i hv tried so many times to convince but my parents dont listen, In class i get low marks becoz i rlly dont have mood to do
Therapist	:	Mam try to conivence them they will understand you
Client	:	In my last attempt i got very less marks
Client	:	Mam im feelling very bad and i cry everyday
Client	:	I tried many timesbut still they do not listen
Therapist	:	Mam dont cry everything will be better very soon
Client	:	Mam what do i do mam i have no choice
Therapist	:	Dont worry mam we will sort this out

Client	:	Mam i m dropper batch so timing is from 5:15pm to 830 pm

Therapist	:	Guided Self-Love Meditation (5 minutes)  “Close your eyes gently. Take a slow deep breath in… and slowly exhale out. Notice your body relaxing with each breath.  Now, place your hand over your heart. Feel your heartbeat… it’s proof that you are alive and worthy.  Silently repeat after me:  I am enough.  I am worthy of love and peace.  I accept myself as I am today.  If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath and your heartbeat.  Take one more deep breath in… and breathe out slowly. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this feeling of kindness toward yourself  into rest of your day
