Client	:	maam.. im feeling very low.. can i talk?

Client	:	So i am maya., im currently 18 year old student preparing for NEET examination.. and lately ive been feeling very low and full of self doubt
Client	:	even though i study regularly.. it feels it is not enough.. and all my friends are not true they think of me as competetor only..
Therapist	:	Its okay everyone feel like that
Client	:	i get really anxious and seeing topics which i did not revise, and when i get low marks it makes me feel useless and demotivated maam..
Therapist	:	Dont worry mam we will together solve this issues
Client	:	thank you maam.. i dont know what to do and how to solve this issue
Client	:	it is like neverending
Therapist	:	So can you tell me about you like to do in free time
Therapist	:	So i will give u a techniques
Client	:	i like to listen to music, and i like reading books too, but lately i have no time to do those, because i study everyday and when i dont i revise..
Therapist	:	But you should manage everything like we will make a routine
Therapist	:	So u will be able to manage everything
Client	:	yes..
Client	:	pls maam, because i want to focus on myself also but this feeling is very odd..
Therapist	:	So u will only give 4 hours in study like in morning 2 hours and evening 2 hours
Client	:	maam i go to my college, it is from 8 am to 3pm, and then i go coaching institute..
Therapist	:	After some time we will increase the time limit
Client	:	hmm
Therapist	:	Okay
Therapist	:	So when u study??
Therapist	:	Accordingly we will make plan
Client	:	maam my coaching institute ends at 8pm, and then when i get home its 830, then 9 i start studying and till 2am i study.. somedays i dont get sleep at all..
Therapist	:	Okay after going home take rest
Client	:	yes maam..
Therapist	:	Like u can study 11-2 at night
Client	:	yes maam... i start from 10pm itself..
Therapist	:	Okay
Therapist	:	You have only study related issues ya anything else
Client	:	maam in home my parents expectations are very high.. i dont wanna dissapoint them but pressure makes more harder to concentarte
Client	:	i skip meals when i feel stressed, and cry often but i dont tell anyone..

Client	:	maam from few months, when i started getting low marks and now NEET is in few months.. i felt i dont know what to do now and felt very scared

Therapist	:	Morning Mirror Affirmation (Daily Start-Up Practice)  As soon as you wake up, take a moment in front of the mirror. Gently look into your eyes and repeat these affirmations 5 times:  I am the best.  I love myself.  I am at peace.  I am beautiful — inside and out.  Say it slowly, with belief. Start your day with self-love and confidence.
Therapist	:	When you wake up at morning first do these
Therapist	:	It will help u to gain confidence
Client	:	okay maam i will try this tommorow
Client	:	i havent done this ever
Therapist	:	Its best technique face pai smile aa jayaga
Client	:	ok maam..
Client	:	maam during exam what to do maam..
Therapist	:	Draw a blue dot at the center of a white paper and place it at eye level. Gaze at the dot without blinking, silently repeat: “Om... I am Om.” Practice for 5 minutes daily to improve focus and reduce exam stress.
Therapist	:	Do these before doing your study isse concentrate will increase
Client	:	hmm ok maam i will try this also..
Therapist	:	After doing these u will enjoy your studies
Client	:	ok maam i will try these techniques..
Client	:	i have an exam next week, so i will try these practices..

Client	:	its usually 5:15 to 8pm maam
Client	:	i came home early
Client	:	i was feeling unwell maam

Client	:	maam and im very weak at physics..
Client	:	out of 180 marks i get 19 maam

Client	:	im strong in biology

Client	:	maam nowadays i dont get time for myself.. first i used to go walking but now i cant do anything
Client	:	i love drawing skating

Therapist	:	Whenever u come from bus only listen music
Therapist	:	And after reaching home take rest
Client	:	then normally i come back at 8:45, i have dinner and from 9-9:30 i sit for studying maam
Client	:	ok maam
Client	:	maam i study till 2am sometimes 4am
Client	:	i get very tired maam
Client	:	and sometimes i dont study only
Therapist	:	Okay no worries let me make
Client	:	and then later i feel demotivated because of how little i study
Therapist	:	Okay let me make
Client	:	yes maam, i study night n sometimes i sleep at 1am, and wake up early
Therapist	:	Okay mam
Therapist	:	So whenever u are at bus don't study only listen to music
Therapist	:	First okay
Client	:	ok maam i will try on monday
Therapist	:	Yes and when you reached home take rest
Therapist	:	Dont study

Client	:	maam that is not enough :(
Client	:	i have to study atleast 4-5 hours everyday

Therapist	:	Guided Self-Love Meditation (5 minutes)  “Close your eyes gently. Take a slow deep breath in… and slowly exhale out. Notice your body relaxing with each breath.  Now, place your hand over your heart. Feel your heartbeat… it’s proof that you are alive and worthy.  Silently repeat after me:  I am enough.  I am worthy of love and peace.  I accept myself as I am today.  If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath and your heartbeat.  Take one more deep breath in… and breathe out slowly. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and carry this feeling of kindness toward yourself  into rest of your day
