What is DASS-21?
The Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21) is a widely used psychological assessment tool that measures three related emotional states: depression, anxiety, and stress.
What does this assessment measure?
It evaluates emotional distress across three domains:
- Depression: Low mood, lack of motivation, hopelessness
- Anxiety: Fear, panic, physiological arousal
- Stress: Tension, irritability, difficulty relaxing
How to administer this test?
Ask the individual to respond based on their experiences over the
past week.
All questions must be answered.
