What is GAD-7?

What does this assessment measure?
It evaluates symptoms such as excessive worry, nervousness, difficulty relaxing, restlessness, irritability, and fear that something negative may happen.

last 2 weeks.

How scoring works?
Each item is scored from
0 to 3.
Total score ranges from
0 to 21.
Score Interpretation:
- 0 – 4 → Minimal Anxiety
- 5 – 9 → Mild Anxiety
- 10 – 14 → Moderate Anxiety
- 15 – 21 → Severe Anxiety
