The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale is one of the most widely used measures of global self-worth. It assesses an individual's overall evaluation of their own value and self-respect.

How to administer:
Rate each statement based on how strongly you agree or disagree.

Response scale:
0 = Strongly Disagree
1 = Disagree
2 = Agree
3 = Strongly Agree

Scoring:
Some items are reverse scored. Total score ranges from 0 to 30.

Interpretation:
0–15 → Low self-esteem
16–25 → Moderate self-esteem
26–30 → High self-esteem
