About Me

I support college students and young professionals who are dealing with exam pressure, overthinking, relationship stress, and transitions like moving cities or starting a new job. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and practical.

In our first session we clarify what you want help with and set simple goals. Together we’ll build routines, learn coping skills, and create a plan you can actually follow between sessions.

I’m a student practitioner under supervision at The Inner Bloom. Sessions are confidential and paced to your comfort—online and flexible around your timetable.

Therapeutic Approach

I use a goal-focused approach drawing from CBT, solution-focused work, and mindfulness. That means we identify unhelpful thought patterns, practice small experiments in daily life, and track what’s working.

You can expect clear takeaways after each session—simple exercises, journaling prompts, or strategies tailored to your situation.

FAQ

What’s the difference between talking to a friend and talking to a therapist?

A therapist is a trained professional who offers a neutral, confidential, and non-judgmental space. They provide objective insights and evidence-based tools to help you work through your challenges.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy is for anyone who wants to improve their mental health and well-being. If you are struggling with persistent stress, anxiety, or difficult life changes, therapy can provide a safe space to get support.

How long will I be in therapy?

The duration of therapy is unique to each individual. Some people find a few sessions are enough to address a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term support.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes, our conversations are confidential. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions, like if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, which we can discuss in more detail.

What can I expect during my first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You can share what brings you to therapy, and we’ll discuss your goals to ensure we’re a good fit.
