1. Acknowledgement, Affirmative Consent, and Digital Signature
In strict compliance with Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, processing of your personal details is based entirely on your clear, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent.
By checking the mandatory acknowledgment box presented in our booking forms, appointment modals, or training registration windows, you execute a clear affirmative action indicating your explicit consent to this entire Privacy Policy and its operational terms.
Pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, checking this box constitutes your valid, legally binding electronic signature. If you do not accept these provisions, you must not select the acknowledgment checkbox and must immediately cease using our booking interfaces.
2. Discretionary Conduct, Session Management, and Right to Refuse Service
All counseling psychology sessions, wellness interactions, and enrollments in educational training or internship batches are conducted at the absolute discretion of management at The Inner Bloom.
- We reserve the unilateral right to refuse service, cancel or turn down scheduled appointments, or terminate an ongoing counseling interaction or internship module at any time without the requirement to state a cause.
- Any such refusal, suspension, or termination is strictly non-binding, creates no civil, consumer, or criminal liability for The Inner Bloom, and shall not be interpreted as a breach of service contract or denial of care.
- If a booking is discontinued by us without cause, refund options or scheduling recalibrations may be offered purely at our sole operational discretion.
Educational Programs & Internship Disclaimer
All internships, workshops, training programs, psychology laboratories, mentoring sessions, educational demonstrations, case discussions, and skill-development activities offered by The Inner Bloom are intended solely for educational, academic, and professional skill-development purposes.
Participation in any educational program does not grant a professional license, clinical authority, legal authorization to practice independently, or any regulated professional status.
Completion of any internship, workshop, certificate program, Career, Career Plus, Career Plus Pro, or related training package does not guarantee employment, internships, client referrals, business success, admissions, licensure, earnings, or professional placement outcomes.

c) Session Data & Recording Policy
Our services involve remote communication, audio/video counseling psychology, and educational webinars. You explicitly consent that voice calls, video interactions, webinars, and training sessions may be digitally recorded by us.
- **Explicit Purpose:** These recordings are generated and maintained exclusively for internal quality audits, performance reviews of counselors, clinical counseling supervision, and internal case-study training metrics.
- **Confidentiality Safeguards:** All recordings are handled with high-level access controls, encrypted at rest, and are strictly accessible only to authorized internal supervisors bound by structural privacy covenants. 4. Legal Grounds for Data Processing
We process data under the statutory boundaries of the DPDP Act, 2023 based on:
- Your Explicit Consent: Granted via clear affirmative action over our modal checkboxes.
- Contractual Performance: Required to clear payments, schedule dates, and route counseling sessions.
- Legitimate Interests: Necessary to defend the entity against malicious actions, secure infrastructure, and maintain educational quality.
5. Core Data Sharing & Disclosures
The Inner Bloom does not rent, trade, or sell data profiles to broker pools or third-party marketing networks.
Information exchange is explicitly restricted to:
- Integrated third-party payment infrastructure partners and UPI aggregators to authenticate fee processing.
- Secure cloud hosting engines keeping our active web server operational.
- Governmental or judicial bodies if requested under a legally valid mandate, statutory investigation, or court order.
All user communications occurring on WhatsApp are governed strictly by WhatsApp’s native enterprise privacy terms.
6. Data Retention Architecture
In adherence to data minimization parameters mandated under modern Indian data privacy frameworks:
- Counseling Logs & Records: Intake sheets, counselor notes, and booking transactions are kept for a maximum baseline duration of 3 years from the date of your last recorded interaction, primarily to address any operational or professional liability claims, after which they are thoroughly purged or completely anonymized.
- Session Audio/Video Recordings: Multimedia recordings captured for internal training and quality assurance are systematically overwritten, deleted, or destroyed within 180 days from generation, unless flagged for an active audit.
- Internship Logs: Educational training records, attendance rosters, and certification files are saved for 2 years post-completion to enable verification checks.
7. Data Security & Trainee Non-Disclosure Terms
We deploy structural technical parameters and access-control firewalls to safeguard data assets. However, users acknowledge that no data streaming over public infrastructure is entirely immune to zero-day malicious exploitation and agree to use the site at their own risk.
Trainee & Intern Enforcement: Every student, intern, or academic observer admitted to training batches at The Inner Bloom executes a formal, binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Any unauthorized retrieval, leaking, or publication of case discussions or client data elements by an intern prompts automatic expulsion from the course and immediate civil and criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
8. Statutory Data Rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you retain the right to look at your personal data summary, request corrections to erroneous entries, or systematically withdraw your consent for future data storage. To invoke these legal tools, file an electronic request to our Grievance Desk at info@theinnerbloom.co.in.
