Situation: I juggle between making kids learn for their exams and between my preparation for my passionate online class sessions

Healthier response: But when i plan effectively and stop worrying too much things become soughted out easily

Small change: I will preplan both the studies and my kids learning schedule for this week so i can help them and myself by enjoying the learning process

When we start thinking with fear in mind we start making wrong assumptions and stuck ourselves to negativity, if we outline and plan accordingly things can remain easy and happy
