Account creation is free. Paid services (subscription plans or per-session fees) may be offered via UPI or third-party payment gateways. All fees and renewal terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

4. Eligibility & User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter a contract under Indian law.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Clarity Sessions, Training sessions, Counselling sessions may be recorded for internal training and qualty purposes

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment methods: UPI and third-party payment gateways.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or defame others;
• Share illegal, infringing, or pornographic content;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

7. Confidentiality & Disclaimers

While we treat session data confidentially (see our Privacy Policy), our counselors do not provide medical diagnosis. If you have a medical or psychiatric emergency, seek qualified professional help immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos) is the property of The Inner Bloom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Inner Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
